We present a formalism to calculate frequency dependent electron current noise for transport through two-level systems (such as coupled quantum dots or Cooper-pair boxes) in presence of dissipation. Perturbation theories in various regimes are formulated within a matrix scheme in Laplace scheme which we evaluate in detail both for weak and strong coupling to a bosonic environment.
