In this paper we calculate the phase boundary between superfluid and Mott insulator in p-band triangle optical lattices with on-site rotation by means of the Gutzwiller approximation and the second-order perturbation theory. Importantly, we discuss the effects of on-site rotation on the phase boundary and find that it not only enhances the stability of Mott insulator, but also drives this phase transition instead of changing the chemical potential of the system.
