The aggregation of non-bonding molecules in a rapidly growing gel is studied under three different conditions by means of Molecular Dynamics simulations. The aggregation takes place even under the unfavorable condition when the non-bonding molecules constitute only a small fraction of the total. The results also show that the morphology of the growing domains is different depending on the concentration of the non-bonding molecules.
